Items are shipped out of Ankeny, Iowa in 1-2 weeks from the order date. Custom orders will ship in 2-3 weeks depending on the order and what materials are needed to design your piece. Local orders can be delivered to eliminate shipping fees. If you are a local buyer please message me before purchasing the item so we can discuss delivery.

I reuse packing/shipping supplies as much as possible to keep shipping costs lower and to help do my part to recycle.


All shipping is done through USPS.  I will upgrade shipping methods for a fee. If you are interested in upgraded shipping please message me for a price.



A tracking number will be sent along with the shipping confirmation.  The shipping date is guaranteed but the delivery date is only an estimate.  USPS doesn't guarantee their delivery dates.  You are responsible for providing the correct name and shipping address.  Red River Valley Designs is not responsible for deliverable orders. You are responsible to pay all shipping and handling fees for orders that need reshipped to the correct address.

No work will begin on custom orders until payment is received.  I will send proofs of the designs and final product photos, by e-mail, before shipment. All custom orders will ship within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. Returns or exchanges are not allowed on custom items.


Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes in their own country. Red River Valley Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.


All non-custom order items may be returned within 14 days of the shipping date. If for some reason you are not happy with your item, I will accept a return from you and will credit your purchasing payment method the price of the item, once I have received the item back and it is in original condition. You will need to pay for return shipping charges yourself. Original shipping costs will not be refunded on any order.

Please contact me for returns on damaged products to arrange for refunds and/or replacements. With regards to damaged products, please include a photograph of the damaged product. Items lost in the mail are eligible refunds on the cost of the item.
